How does it work?

Call us or get in touch with us with your requirements and we will assess the same to suggest the best options. We will help you arrive at the appropriate menu and connect you with the perfect caterer for the same.

What kind of food can I get?

We bring together restaurants, caterers, private chefs and premium vendors to offer unmatched variety and an unparalleled experience.

You may find your favorite neighborhood cafe on our vendor list, but there also may be names you’ve never heard of. Our vast selection of partners covers more than 50 types of cuisine, including traditional Indian fare, Continental, Fusion, pan-Asian and even the occasional cafe fares.

Do you provide table-ware and set-up?

The vendors provide tableware (plates, glasses and cutlery) along with setting up the food stations and counters. Please let us know if you require something special, like bespoke table arrangements. We will try our best to ensure that you enjoy a great meal experience.

What does the set-up look like?

Food delivery is based on your preferences. We do everything from a full setup of chafing dishes and buffets to traditional style serving.

What if the food is late or something is wrong with my meal?

Our vendors adhere to stringent standards, with emphasis on food quality and punctuality. We monitor each order from preparation to delivery at the venue. If an order is late or incorrect, we will do all we can to make it right.

Where do you deliver?

Currently, we operate across Bangalore and serve customers looking for catering options in the city.

What is the order cut-off and notice period?

We welcome the challenge of last-minute requests, though your choices will be restricted closer to the day of the meal or the event.

Can I make changes to my order?

We understand that plans change sometimes. Do contact our team via phone or email in case of changes to the menu and/or headcount. Notify us as early as possible, since our vendors need advance notice to prepare additional items.

Cancellations & Refunds

The notice period for cancellation of order depends on the vendor terms, and varies from one partner to the other. The refund will be determined according to the cancellation status. Do have a look at cancellation and refunds information on the vendor page while placing your order.
